Celebrating Our Outstanding Paraeducators

At the Monarch School of New England, our paraeducators play a vital role in helping students reach their fullest potential - providing support, encouragement, and connection every single day. This month, we were proud to introduce a new recognition for these essential team members: the Outstanding Paraeducator Award, honoring those who bring heart, energy, and commitment to all they do.

Nominated by their peers, the recipients of the inaugural awards truly embody the spirit of collaboration, compassion, and excellence that defines our school community.

Amy was recognized for her dedication to student growth and teamwork. She consistently carries over therapy programs, helping students build independence and confidence. Her caring and compassionate nature shines through in every interaction—with both students and colleagues. Amy’s willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed and her open, respectful communication make her an invaluable part of our Monarch community.

Gabe was honored for his strong rapport and positive engagement with students. He is flexible, ethical, and dependable—someone others naturally look to as an example. Gabe’s commitment to prioritizing student needs and creating opportunities for success and greater independence embodies the very mission of the Monarch School of New England.

Both Amy and Gabe exemplify what it means to lead with compassion and purpose. We are deeply grateful for their outstanding contributions and the difference they make every day in the lives of our students.
