Outstanding Paraeducators Recognized
At the Monarch School of New England, our paraeducators play a vital role in helping students reach their fullest potential, providing support, encouragement, and connection every day. To recognize these essential team members, we established the Outstanding Paraeducator Award, celebrating those whose dedication and compassion make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and throughout our school community.
Nominated by their peers, award recipients are recognized for their commitment to student growth and independence, collaboration and teamwork, compassionate care, positive relationships with students, flexibility, dependability, and professionalism. These qualities reflect the values at the heart of MSNE’s mission and the important role paraeducators play in creating an environment where every student can thrive.
We are proud to recognize Simon Farias and Kelly Lynch as our newest Outstanding Paraeducator Award recipients! Their recognition highlights the invaluable contributions paraeducators make each day and the lasting impact of their work with our students.
Please join us in congratulating Simon and Kelly and thanking all of our paraeducators for the care, commitment, and encouragement they bring to the Monarch community.
